Hey friends,

Spring is almost here! I can’t wait to spend more time outside in the sun. It has been super cold here in NYC and I’m certainly not used to the weather. Especially since I was born and raised in Ghana, where there’s sunshine all year round :)

Also, can you believe that we’re almost at the end of the first quarter of the year?! It’s insane. 2024 is shaping up to be our best year yet at Salley.

Upcoming leadership development session on Strategic Thinking, Managing & Decision Making

Our next Salley Session is happening on Tuesday, March 26th at 6pm. It’s going to be at an exciting location the heart of Manhattan. Recap of our last leadership group coaching session

On February 28th, we brought a number of emerging leaders and executives together for an engaging leadership group coaching session.

The topic of the night? Defining and building your professional brand online. It was led by Anthony Park - a well-known New York real estate agent and content creator with almost 800k followers. It was an evening full of activity, learnings and insights!

We met up in a private townhouse in Gramercy, New York. We had emerging leaders and executives from EY-Parthenon, Google, Amazon, Brainscape, Rivian, Alfred, NYU Langone Health, etc., join us for the evening. The atmosphere was electric.

Demand for Salley Sessions is increasing and our innovative approach to leadership development is creating excitement among a lot of leaders and executives.

We're still in the early days of this. I'm thrilled with all the progress we've made so far.
